VMware SRM Licensing Bug

VMware SRM 5.1.2 / 5.5.1

We are able to protected more VMs then the license capacity. For e.g. SRM License is for 75 VMs however we are able to protect 77 VMs. PFB screenshot for the same

When analyzed we found that logic has changed. If we check Available capacity is showing in negative. As mentioned in screenshot it shows available capacity is -2

With SRM 5.0 we use to get following error. There is KB Article as well for the same (http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=2041891&src=vmw_so_vex_mmakh_407)

Currently we are working with VMware SRM Team to figure out the cause and the probable resolution. I will be posting it in my next blog as soon as I get it however I was wondering whether anybody has also come across the same issue and has resolution .
